Insurance Accepted
Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance claims for you with a request to have the benefit payment assigned to our office. If you are responsible for a co-payment, we require that this to be paid when treatment was rendered.
If your insurance plan is non-assignable, we will be happy to send your claims on your behalf and we will require you to pay your claim in full.
